Jester Cone Ornament

As promised I'm going to try to post more often.

I wanted to share a special Jester Container Ornament I created for someone that saw my Santa Container Ornaments on my website. I chose violet eyes for the jester and used violet velvet fabric for the outside of the cone. The inside is lined with gold satin fabric. His collar is made up of a variety of fabrics and ribbons. I just love the way he turned out. He measures about 16" from the top of his hat to the bottom of his beaded tassel. He will adorn a Mardi Gras Tree this year!

New 14" Trunk Santa

Just finished - a 14" Santa seated in a trunk. I added a music box that plays "Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas". The toys are not permanently attached so they can be rearranged.

Sneak Peak

Once again this year I will be at The Village Artisans in Boiling Springs, PA for their Holiday Open House on Sunday, December 5th. Stop by between noon and 4pm and watch as demonstrate how I sculpt a Santa head.

I created a special limited edition Spindle Santa Ornament for the Open House. He measures 8" from the top of his hat to the bottom of the spindle. I cast the head in resin myself from my original sculpt. His eyes are hand painted and he has a burgundy hat with real mink fur trim and a burgundy collar.

Only 1o are available.
